Response to Joi

I also agree with Joi, that there was a huge communication block between the two groups. This furthered frustrations, and seemed to make the whole "team" want to quit. Being in the middle, this forced me to follow two conversations and attempt to make judgment calls about the situation. I think this was a benefit of being in the middle, while if I was at an end it would just be disorienting and annoying. The plight of the "ends" was an issue of some people being forced into a leadership role when they were not expecting it, and the people in the middles felt they were at their mercy.
